ArkansasThe Arkansas DOT allows for use of both manufacturer and tear off waste in their mixes, and the DOT continues to promote and explore use of RAS in mixes. A recycling permit is not applicable, however, storm water and air permits may need to be issued depending on the site. For recycling, contact the state or local officials to see what the regulatory interests are in a specific project.
