IdahoCurrently, the Idaho Transportation Department does not allow or have specifications on recycled asphalt shingles in their mixes. Their focus is currently on use of recycled asphalt pavement in mixes and not recycled asphalt shingles. For recycling, contact the state or local officials to see what the regulatory interests are in a specific project. Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Mollie Mangerich
