KentuckyThe Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) allows for the use of recycled asphalt shingles in their mixes per their specifications. Both pre and post-consumer RAS is allowed with 100% being required to pass the 3/8-in. sieve. For recycling information, contact the state to see what the regulatory interests are in a specific project.
