MissouriMissouri is actively pursuing pilot projects related to asphalt shingle recycling. Currently the state is looking at use of recycled asphalt shingles (RAS) in cold patch and as a supplement in gravel roads. The Missouri Department of Transportation allows for use of RAS in state mixes. Contact the state to see what the regulatory interests are in a specific project.
