OklahomaOklahoma details the requirements and regulations for managing and operating an asphalt shingle recycling facilities (OAC 252:515-41 Roofing Material Recycling). Recyclers must complete a onetime permit with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) before operation and must complete monthly reports. Recyclers must have a closure plan in place.
